• AMC is valid only for the period mentioned in the agreement.
• AMC charges are payable in advance and non-refundable.
• Services are during normal working hours, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Customer must provide uninterrupted water and electricity.
• Additional spare parts are charged as applicable when outside the selected plan.
• Non-recommended spare parts are not covered under AMC.
• Breakdown complaints are attended during service department working hours; Sunday/holiday visits are generally not available.
• Customer is responsible for safe custody and proper use of the RO system.
• Do not open the RO cabinet/system yourself.
• Inform the technician promptly about complaints.
• Resale or gift of the RO system does not make the AMC transferable.
• Contract amount is non-refundable.
• Delhi jurisdiction shall apply.
• Defective parts/spares replaced during the contract period shall remain the property of Shrishty Care Water Treatment Pvt. Ltd.
• Delays due to natural calamity, strike, flood, riots or unavoidable circumstances are outside the company’s control.
